Head of School's Message (L.Mark Taylor)

The Caribbean School of Architecture, at the University of Technology, Jamaica, is the only School of Architecture in the English speaking Caribbean. We offer two programmes of study: The pre-professional Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies (BAAS) The Master of Architecture (M. Arch)

The BAAS offers an exciting range of courses including University electives and School electives. The School electives focus primarily on architectural technological subjects that may be of interest to students. The Master of Architecture is equivalent to the RIBA Part 2 programme. Holders of this degree will be eligible to complete their internship with a registered architect or architectural practice, whose principals are registered in accordance with local statutes.
